How the service is built

Four layers. We assemble the missing ones and join them with those you already have.

Servers and VPN panel

Protocols, configs, keys. Panel setup — basic or for the difficult networks of Russia.

Backend

Subscriptions, Apple and Google payment control, key issuance, security.

Client apps

What your customer uses. Channels in any combination.

  • iOS
  • Android
  • Telegram
  • Website

Payments and profit

The customer pays in the app, Telegram or on the site — the money goes to you.

What's hidden at the entrance

A bot with a pay button can be built over a weekend. Everything after that is not in the tutorials — we went through it on our own service.

App Store review

Guideline 4.3 — “a saturated category” and “similar to other apps”. VPN hits both at once: one of our apps was rejected by review from January to May 2026.

The niche shifts underfoot

Over the summer and autumn of 2024 around sixty VPN apps disappeared from the Russian App Store. Review-passing techniques go stale within months.

A legal entity and D-U-N-S

Publishing as a business requires an organization account: a registered company and a D-U-N-S number. The alternative is buying a ready-made account from a seller you still have to keep from vanishing with the money.

Configs that hold

Stock configs from open sources don't work in Russia, and when they do — usually on Wi-Fi only. Mobile networks, routes and whitelists are separate engineering.

Five layers underwater

A client on the device, configs on the server, network and protocols, a backend with payments, support. From outside only the pay button is visible.

Silent churn

If it doesn't connect in the evening, the user doesn't write to support — they cancel the subscription. Retention in this niche costs more than acquisition.

Scope of delivery

As a whole or as separate items — you define the set yourself in the calculator below.

iOS app

Native Swift, prepared for publication and App Store review.

Android app

A Google Play app with all the moderation scaffolding.

Backend and payment control

Subscriptions, Apple and Google purchase verification, key issuance, security.

Payments in Telegram

A bot selling subscriptions and issuing keys — the audience's habitual channel.

VPN panel setup

Panel, protocols and configs. A separate mode — for the difficult networks of Russia.

Website

From a one-page cover to a site with an account area, payments and SEO.

Admin panel

Managing users, servers and pricing plans.

AI support bot

Closes typical customer requests without your involvement.

Which apps do you need?

You can pick both platforms — together they cost less

A live product, not a mockup

The same stack this site is built on runs our own VPN service — you can download it from the stores and check it yourself.

What the client app can do

  1. 01One-tap connection
  2. 02Server choice and a paid subscription
  3. 03Split tunneling
  4. 04Settings, profiles and purchase restore

Around 8 apps shipped to the stores

Client cases are shown on a call: other people's brands and revenue are not published without their owners' permission. Our own product is fully open — download it and check with your own hands.

How the work goes

  1. Request and a call

You leave a request, we get on a call and discuss the idea, brand and details.

  2. Fixing the scope

We split the work: what we build, what you already have. Estimate and timeline — in writing.

  3. Development

We assemble the apps, backend, panel and website under your brand.

  4. Publication and handover

We publish to the stores and hand over the code, accounts and access.

  5. The service runs

Payments, key issuance and support run automatically. Marketing is yours.

Built and tested on ourselves

The site you're reading is part of a working VPN service on this very stack. It serves 8,000+ people.

  • Store review, Russia-grade configs and payment collection were passed on our own product, not in theory.
  • Payments, key issuance and support run without manual labour — visible on the live service.
  • Launching requires no technical team of your own.

Running server costs are on the service owner. Reference: our infrastructure comes to roughly 35,000 ₽ per month.

Service economics

Illustrative scenarios. Actual numbers depend on your pricing, niche and user retention.

Paying subscribersRevenueNet profit
Start≈ 300≈ 90,000 ₽/mo≈ 50,000 ₽/mo
Growth≈ 1,000≈ 300,000 ₽/mo≈ 250,000 ₽/mo
Scale≈ 3,000≈ 900,000 ₽/mo≈ 800,000 ₽/mo

On the “Growth” scenario the development pays back in roughly 2–4 months of service operation.

Illustrative figures at an average price of ≈ 300 ₽/mo. The result is shaped by pricing, retention, marketing and payment fees — we'll discuss on the call.

Questions and answers

Depends on the scope: a client app without a backend — weeks; a full service with a backend, panel and website — longer. The timeline is fixed in writing after the discussion.
Around eight have shipped, but those are other people's brands and revenue — we don't publish them without the owners' permission. Cases are shown on a call, and our own product is fully open: download it and check.
Passing VPN app review is a skill of its own, and we exercise it regularly. What works is not a promise but proper packaging and appeal handling — both are part of the development.
If you already have Apple Developer and Google Play Console — we publish on them at no extra cost. If not, we register the accounts to your legal entity and hand them over; that's a separate line in the estimate.
You do. The apps, backend, website and accounts become your property.
No. Payments, key issuance and support run automatically. A team is needed only if you decide to develop the product further.
Mainly VPN servers. Reference: our infrastructure comes to roughly 35,000 ₽ per month; the exact amount depends on the user count.
It's a reference against the price list. The final amount depends on details: design, non-standard features, the state of your infrastructure. The estimate is confirmed after the discussion.
