Frequently asked questions

Short answers about the service, setup and payment.

About the service

A VPN service with a simple design: one tariff sheet with three terms, three devices in every plan, unlimited traffic. Connections run over the VLESS protocol with traffic obfuscation, and activity logs are never kept.
A VPN encrypts traffic between your device and the server: the contents of the connection are unreadable on open Wi-Fi and on intermediate nodes alike. Privacy improves too — websites see the server's address instead of yours.
Yes. A VPN is a lawful data-protection tool used by individuals and companies alike. There is no ban on using a VPN in Russia.
VLESS with Reality technology: the traffic looks like an ordinary HTTPS request to a legitimate website, so the connection stays stable even on networks with deep packet inspection — where OpenVPN and WireGuard often drop.
Typically 5–15 % of your baseline — unnoticeable for 4K video and online games alike. Servers sit with backbone providers in 5 countries; occasionally the route through the nearest server turns out faster than the direct one.
A proxy carries the traffic of a single application, usually without encryption. A VPN covers the whole device: browser, messengers, video and banking apps are protected by one connection.

Installation and setup

iPhone and iPad, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux. Any plan covers three devices at once; extra ones can be added in your account.
Install the free Happ app, get an access key on the website or in the Telegram bot, and add it to the app. The whole thing takes a couple of minutes.
A link with every connection setting packed inside. Paste it into the app and you are done — nothing to configure by hand.
Happ is an open-source client: its code is published and auditable, updates ship regularly, and there are no ads or trackers. We find that more honest and more reliable than a closed in-house app.
Download Happ from the App Store, Google Play or RuStore, get your access key in the account or the bot, and tap “Import” — the connection configures itself within a minute. Step-by-step guides live on the Download page.
The Happ client does not install on routers or TVs, but there is a way: share the VPN from your main device via a hotspot. For routers running OpenWRT or Keenetic, support will help you assemble a VLESS configuration manually.

Payment and plans

Russian MIR cards and SBP, international Visa and MasterCard, cryptocurrency and Telegram Stars. You can pay on the website or in the Telegram bot.
Three — on any subscription term. Each extra device costs 100 ₽ per month, multiplied by the plan's term; they are added in your personal account.
Yes: 3 days for 1 ₽ with full access — all locations and unlimited traffic, same as a paid subscription. There is no auto-renewal: when the term ends, access simply stops. Available once per account.
Forgot to switch off auto-renewal — we refund the charge. The service did not suit you and you skipped the trial — we refund the payment within 3 days of the transaction. Just write to support.
Yes. Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC, TON and others — is accepted via CryptoBot, no name or email required. Stars are charged right in the bot at Telegram's rate. Neither method leaves a trace on a bank statement.

Security and privacy

No. Browsing history and traffic contents are neither recorded nor stored — only the subscription state is tracked: its expiry date and the number of connected devices.
Traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3 inside the VLESS protocol. Reading the contents in the clear between your device and the server is not possible.
Only the fact of an encrypted connection to a server that outwardly resembles ordinary HTTPS. Which sites you open and what you transmit stays out of view.

Support

The “Contact support” button at the bottom of the page opens a Telegram chat. The bot replies instantly, and a human specialist joins within minutes — around the clock.
In order: update the Happ app to the latest version, restart the device, re-add the access key from your account or the bot. Still no luck — write to support and we will sort it out together.
